Our Fully Managed service is a genuine end-to-end lettings solution. Once your tenant is in, we take care of the rent, the repairs, the inspections and the reporting. You keep ownership we take on the work.

Ongoing management

•     Monthly rent collection and remittance to you

•     Maintenance issue handling and coordination

•     Renewal negotiations and rent reviews

•     Optional use of our trusted repair and maintenance contractors — or your own preferred tradespeople, whichever you prefer

FEES

Transparent, two-part fee structure

Set-up fee: 50% of the first month's rent (one-off, on move-in)

Ongoing management: 10% of the monthly rent, deducted from each month's rental payment

No hidden charges. Any additional services — such as arranging safety certificates, deep cleans or contractor works — are quoted transparently in advance.

WHO FULLY MANAGED IS FOR

Fully Managed tends to suit landlords who:

•     Don't live locally, or don't want to be on-call for tenant issues

•     Own multiple properties and want a single point of contact

•     Value their time and would rather pay a commission to reclaim it

•     Want documented inspections and reporting for record-keeping
